Small cap, gill and stem fruitbody on dead oak

Growing from bark of fallen, long-dead oak which was covered in a layer of thin moss. This was the only fruitbody which seemed to be fully formed. There were others nearby but they were all smaller and mis-shapen but seemed to be of the same species. Height 12mm Max diam 16mm.
