Description:

Very slender plant, growing in open grassy situation. Bright magenta flowers, singly or in pairs. Much more delicate than the everlasting sweet peas I've encountered before - is it nonetheless L. latifolia?

Is the date of this observation correct? Seems very late for L. nissolia.

This photograph was taken yesterday, i.e. the observation date was 28th September.

...this flowers June/July time. I'm amazed!

Local conditions

I mentioned it to the local council wildlife officer, and he didn't seem surprised. Maybe it flowers later here :)
