Growing on a cut piece of sweet chestnut which has been used as a stake for around 18 years, so very well rotted. Tiny white growths only a few millimetres high and across.


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
