Found in mixed woodland bordering grazed fields under oak and birch.

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

If possible with future finds the following things improve your chances of identification.
Cap if greasy,dry,smooth,fibrous and size
Gills showing how they are attached to the stem,also if they exude any milk
Stem size cut through the cap and stem to show flesh colour and if there is any colour change when cut this can take a white so worth taking the specimen home,soil type ie if acid ect and if you notice any smell.
