Mottled black & white caterpillar with yellow stripe(s). Woolly yellow eggs (I assume there is a connection). On the face of a concrete wall.

They were together on the wall, as pictured but although it seemed unlikely that the caterpillar had emerged from one of these eggs, it was easy to assume that it had!

They're cocoons of parasitoid

They're cocoons of parasitoid Brachonid or Chalcid wasps that fed upon the caterpillar.
