Shouldn't the leaves be lobed? I've never seen H.lupulus without at least 3 lobes on palmate leaves.

You're quite right, I've just been and checked. Can't find any reference to this in my four favourite books, though.
... tell you enough to recognise the plants in situ; they don't tell you all the details of the plants, which can lead to confusion when looking at photographs of parts of a plant.
If you want the full details, you have the choice of Sell and Murrell (for the taxa included in the published volumes), botanical monographs, or Flora Iberica (again not all volumes published) if you can handle the Spanish.
