Is it a Tree Pipit?
Pink bill-base (Meadow as yellow) and legs. Visible flank streaks look finer than breast streaks, but the hind-claw's not visible in the underside photo - it's tucked into the undertail coverts. If you still have the bird, you could try measuring the hind-claw: 7-9mm for Tree, 10-13mm for Meadow, but it's not always the easiest measurement.

I’m inclined towards Tree too for the reasons given by Jeremy. if you were to put up a fresh ID including the scientific name I would agree with it.
