Neither species of Galinsoga is native ...

... and you should take my species identification with a pinch or two of salt - I can't distinguish them reliably.

Agreement...

...is on the basis that the hairiness suggests it is slightly more likely to be this species! As lavateraguy says, it is very difficult to distinguish the two Galinsoga species, and both can be found around London.
