Despite its size, Oak Nycteoline is a macro moth but your photo is of a micro, probably a Scoparia or Eudonia species. Someone on here will hopefully know.
Thanks for that - I'd got to that area of the micro moth book, but couldn't find any that quite matched, that's why I thought it might be a small macro.
