Red Hooded Flower ID

Observed: 1st September 2013 By: shushu
Overall Look

Spotted at the edge of a stream in my wetland, (which is relatively dry at the moment after our long hot summer!) swarming with bees. Leaves have no smell. Growing in amongst the tall nettles etc so c.1m high. Can't find any reference in my native wildflower book and would love to know what it is, particularly as the bees love it! Would like to encourage it as long as it is not a problem plant.
