Ariunculus speziae, Lago di Antrona, Italy

A slug of the family Arionidae found in the Alpi Graie and Pennine. This specimen is about 17mm long and is a juvenile; adults are twice this size. The mucus is bright orange. The fungus is a member of the Tricholomataceae, possibly Lepista.
