I think it's a worn Heart &

I think it's a worn Heart & Dart but because of the wear and the camera angle, there isn't enough detail to be sure. H&D has black 'eyebrows' so if you have another photo from a different angle these might show up.

Another photo added

As requested I have added my only other photo (before it was flushed), but not sure the angle helps. Heart and Dart was one id I considered an rejected because the 'Dart' is so diffuse compared to all the pics I have seen of that species. Size not really a way to split these two species, but the more 'golden' channel in the wood in the photo is 10mm wide.

Inconclusive

Still can't be sure fro m that angle. Turnip Moth size varies considerably but in the flesh they look quite different from H&D. The best features to look for are the silky white hind wings on Turnips or the black eyebrows on H&D.
