Flower from suspected figwort family

... a figwort (Scrophularia), which doesn't have open (or white) flowers. It might be something in Scrophulariaceae, such as a Verbascum.
However it's not the usual white mullein (V. lychnitis) which as sessile or shortly stalked flowers. I was going to say that it wasn't the white form of moth mullein (V. blattaria) either, but then I realized that the leaves in the last photograph belong to a bindweed that is climbing up the plant.
