Thanks. I thought that maybe I had more than one plant here (I have quite a few other pics), but wasn't sure. Is it etiquette to remove the 'wrong' photo and re-post (I can add to it)?

Personally I see no problem ...

... with you removing the last photograph provided the action is documented. If you feel nervous about this check out the etiquette pages, though I suspect that they will be silent on this point.

Apart from the difference in leaf shapes, Cerastium leaves are hairy, while those of Stellaria media at least appear glabrous.
