The Bordered Sallow larva in

The Bordered Sallow larva in ukleps is very like this also but this doesnt have the lineated dotted pattern on the dorsal surface. It looks like a good match for BLBE.

Thank you - I've checked ukleps site and I see what you mean. In that case I think the LHP is probably the clincher, as this was on my tomatoes! There's no restharrow nearby that I'm aware of.
