Description:

There were a considerable number of these solitary bees yesterday afternoon on the flowers of the hardy Geranium 'Bob's Blunder', a curious hybrid with bronze pewter leaves. Here it flowers in a pot almost continuously from spring until the frosts and attracts a great variety of insects, though I have not seen these bees before today.

I dont think form those photos you could id it to the exact bee , plus as I have been told many times some of these bees can only be told apart under a microscope etc
