It seems iSpot doesnt recognise my choice of scientific name. Maybe I should have went with Get recommended- Eupithecia icterata subspecies subfulvata?
The book says there are 2 main forms and one is F. subfulvata which matches yours above.
UK Moths have them both as sub species, the other being cognata. However just to confuse, (I'm sure), they show a light form of ognata. It could be that I have both at my locale*. I'l have another look at what I now, (with your pointer), think are the variations, oops, sub species. Get back on this as soon as.
* Probably the 3 types as depicted on UK Moths.
