This is a dwarfed form ...

... of Malva sylvestris. British Malva sylvestris normally has 5 petal veins (progressively fused towards the base of the petal); here the outer two veins are partially suppressed.

The larger, darker flowered, forms (Mauritiana Group) have 7 petal veins. Most other member of Malva section Malva have 3 petal veins.
