This is a newly emerged male Common Blue Damselfly which looks like it has had some serious problems during emergence, resulting in the crumpled wings and twisted abdomen.
Newly emerged damselflies lack the colours of mature adults, but the patterns usually start to show through relatively quickly. This one can be identified by the single dark spur on the side of the thorax and the broad pale antehumeral stripes on top of the thorax.
