Description:

Pink, placodioid lichen growing on siliceous rock. Small,darker patches of soredia. All thalli shown growing on same rock. Possibly Trapelia placodioides.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Placopsis

Didn't spot the immature cephalodium until I read your notes above. (Think I was focused on the striking delta-shaped placodioid lobes.)
