Description:

Growing on fallen hazel trunk.
Cap 10cm tan slightly concave and undulating. Wet and slightly sticky despite no rain in previous 12+ hours.
Gills slightly lighter tan but parts darkening brown when bruised.Even fairly closely spaced.
Stipe curved 5cm light tan vertically striped.
Section flesh very bottom of stipe hollow.
Spore print olive.
Slight mushroomy smell

Thanks your id but I'm not sure. Previous specimens of P. involutus I have seen had very inrolled margin. Also this specimen was definitely growing on a fallen Hazel trunk.
