Unusual fly.

Observed: 21st August 2013 By: capemarsh

Does anyone know what this is? I found this unusual fly in my house. It has a 10mm wingspan. It's wings are held in this unusual unfolded position permanently whilst stationary, and they have an unusual shape and pattern. The house they were found in is close to Thetford forest (mainly pine) in the sandy Breckland area of Suffolk / Norfolk, also not far from the Fens.

Apologies for the poor

Apologies for the poor quality photo I managed to get. It certainly looks like a trembling wing fly! Thanks very much!
