Small triangular moth, found in daytime on yarrow flowers. <10mm long.
No interactions present.
I have looked at all 3 species and it still looks like a Nettle Tap to me though. Both the species you mention do not have the dusting near the head and the jagged cross band. Hopefully an expert will pick it up.
