You need to add the scientific name. You have to add a new identification, then type in the common name: when a drop-down list appears, select the right one (may be more than one, given various hyphenations and capitalisations). Then click the "Get Recommended" button.
That scientific name links it to other observations.
Common Lizards often bask on the ballast around railway lines. I think this one is more likely to be basking on the platform than waiting for a train!
Lovely to see that a colony of lizards can survive in such an urbanised environment. I see from satellite view that there is a south facing bank opposite the rail station (across the tracks) which looks like it has suitable habitat. Pretty impressive all the same!
