Description:

Found on underside of a Burdock leaf; neighbouring leaves eaten back to the central veins; only one example seen on plant. Plants were on edge of large area of Bracken/Rosebay.

Thanks John,

Its a fairly distinctive larva and one which features on iSpot from time to time. I posted one from sand dunes about a year ago, very similar to your one.
