I would agree with Melangyna, but not sure re species. Personally, from the photos I would describe the thorax as dull and dusted rather than shiny, but that of course is a personal judgement call! As far as I can see the black spot on the scutellum is only at the base, with no dark rim, so I might go for M. compositarum/labiatarum. However, I am not certain enough to give a revised ID.
