I've never seen a Bumblebee with white markings like this and would love to know if it's an unusual type.

Thanks a lot, never seen one before. Did look on bee ID sites but had doubts.

Carder

No problem await a confirmation though However its not uncommon to see Carders in an advanced state of wear toward the end of season with faded or bleached colouration of the hairs and therefor this normally orange yellow bee looks pecculiar. Looks to be on a Mint - Water Mint ??
