Suspect this might be impossible from a photo, but though I would have a go.

Black hairs on antennae

Need to get one under a lens and look for black hairs on the 1st antennal segment - if it has them it is a female Notostira elongata. Also puncturation on pronotum absent in elongata.

As far as I can see on THIS image it has no hairs on the 1 st antennal segment but resolution is at limit .It does not have femoral spurs excluding S.calcarata

A key factor would be any notch in the underside of the hind femora, near the end

Other similars will share the same habitat
