A moth that came to my garden light trap.
No interactions present.
Was it a slightly oversized Minor?
The colour looks much more like a Flounced Rustic.
It is big for a minor and I did think of a Flounced Rustic. But there is no sign of the serifed bars you usually see on Flounced Rustics, certainly the ones I see here, and which up to now has been a reliable guide to their identification! I got three like this in the trap last night. I was fooled by a leafhopper too, so not a great day for me! Thanks again.
