It doesn't have the jizz of Arum, but I don't know what it is. A picture of more than a leaf would help. Reminds me of the Good King Henry in my garden, but as I'm not at home I can't pop out and check.

On reflection, it is far too late for Arum leaves to be present. I suspect yagoin is playing tricks!

Little Arrows

Looking closer though it certainly is big bad Henry I wondered myself on the timings but there are relatively few arrow shaped leaves about at this time other than Arrowhead
