Description:

Moth on common ragwort flower (Senecio jacobaea). It seems to have double wings!

Either Essex or Small Skipper

The best way to tell is to look at the underside of the antennae - the tips are black in the Essex.

Shows pictures of males, and the sex brand (dark line in wings) is subtly different, but I am not sure how reliable that is.
The name "Essex" is misleading, as it has spread up into the northern half of England, not confined to the south-east.
