Can someone help please?

I've been staring at my moth book (Waring, Townsend and Lewington, 2009) for 2 hours and I can't ID this!
I think it's in the Noctuidae family, but that's it, haha.

Hi Jones and Mike, The

Hi Jones and Mike,

The markings do suggest a Common Rustic just going by the illustrations in Waring- distinctively shaped stigma, especially the oblique oval. Also the distinctively shaped dark trailing edge. The very pale tiny dots on the outer portion of the costa and the dark flanks on each side of the thorax are good also.

These moths are generally IDed as aggregates on iSpot as it isn't possible to seperate Common Rustic from Lesser Common Rustic or indeed Remm's Rustic by markings alone, eg 'Common Rustic agg. (Mesapamea secalis agg.)'.
