Even with the two grey stripes on the thorax?

Orange legs and downturned bars on the abdomen, I think.

Chrysotoxum

The antennae are far too long for Dasysyrphus and the black stigma is similar, but smaller and neater in Dasysyrphus.

Given the location, the rare C. vernale has to be considered, but leg colour and slight bend in yellow bars suggests festivum.
