Could be Syrphus ribesii or S.vitripennis, though body looks too slim for S. ribesii but does not look evenly narrow as scripta body.
Neither of the Syrphus you mention have a yellow stripe along the side of the thorax, nor the clear yellow scutellum. The combination of those on a narrow hoverfly points to Sphaerophoria female. The actual pattern of the abdomen is very variable...one of the reasons females can't really be taken to species.
