It is near certainly an allium (there are very similar, very closely related genera), but christophii?
Christophii normally flowers when in leaf (which are not like the ones in this photo')and normally later than this in the year.
There are very many species in cultivation, and very many clones and cultivars of different species. Identifying them can be extremely difficult, although going for one that is common in the nursery trade is always a good bet - which christophii is.
