Today, from 12 noon to c. 8pm, there is an online debate on "Skills and Training for Biological Recording", run by the National Forum for Biological Recording. For full details see:
NFBR says: "there will be a sequence of interviewees with a wealth of expertise and experience of different aspects of this topic: Richard Burkmar and Sue Townsend from the Field Studies Council; Sally Hayns from the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management; Sarah Whild from Manchester Metropolitan University and Craig MacAdam from Buglife. Everyone is welcome to ask questions, post comments and request advice – or to just lurk and learn!"
To take part you'll need to register with NFBR's Google Group (details given in the link above), but if you can't join in today the full discussion will remain online afterwards.
