Dryad's saddle?

Observed: 4th July 2013 By: shurick88shurick88’s reputation in Fungi and Lichens

Seems more smooth than Dryad's saddle.

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

As Amadan said (I googled P. tuberaster too) the pores indeed seem much larger than on the specimen I found.
Tough these fungi...

Perhpas the pores

are too small to be Polyporus tuberaster (based on web images, not seen myself). I've agreed with the identification, but would like to know what the Clever People think.
