Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Now known as Flavoparmelia caperata.

If you test the medulla (inner layer of the lobes) and the soredia with a drop of K it will give K+/- dirty-yellow. The very similar Flavoparmelia soredians is K+ yellow going slowly red.
