28mm long. Caught in a moth trap with several immigrant moth species so perhaps this came in on the southerly winds last night.
No interactions present.
As DD has pointed out on my observation, I had this one here too (Haslemere) during the day on 2nd August.
A nice record. This is a very localised parasitoid of the Lobster Moth. If you could send me a more precise grid reference that would be very helpful. I'm gathering distribution data for the nocturnal ichneumonoids.
