Found on a dead grass stem - resting in the early evening.

A. cineraria not usually around this late in the year (although a later second brood is thought to occur sometimes). Those white abdominal bands don't look quite right either. Happy to be proven wrong though!
Do you think it could be Andrena Flavipes - I tried looking up the suggested bee and I am not sure as I presume it would have to be the male - and yet my bee has hairy legs as if it should collect pollen - and thus a female.
