guessing this the male oak eggar moth as it's brighter? thanks for help!
This is the male which is a lot darker than the female but the heavily feathered antennae which appear to be broad solid structures indicate its a male also. The antennae look more like paddles but the feather like structure becomes apparent on close inspection. Female antennae are very thin by comparison.
