This would include confirming that this is indeed an umbellifer, and not Valeriana officinalis, which has similar foliage, and is regularly mistaken for an umbellifer.
Point taken, thanks. I couldn't see any bracts or bracteoles.
At least it can't be Valerian, as the leaves are alternate.
