Description:

Ground cover bellflower growing, with Galium odoratum, at the edge of the grounds of Whitmore Parish Church. Looks like one of the the portenschlagiana/poschkaryana/fragilis/garganica group. Flowers relatively small; apparently near rotate. Leaves orbicular, cuneate, scarcely toothed. May have been strimmed, which won't help identifiability.
