Nicely said Alan. "..been parasitised..", Is that the shape and bloated appearance?
Pam, it is unnecessary to repeat the ID. You should agree with Alan (if you do)

Parasitised aphids eventually die and turn brown. They don't move when they're dead (obviously) but as some aphids are not very active that in itself cannot be much of a clue. However, you often see that all their legs are not touching the leaf.
