The bushes are getting

The bushes are getting overrun by webs at present and often webs of different spiders touch. So there may be more than one web in your photo. Webs of Agelena labyrinthica and Linyphia triangularis are easily found at present but there are others e.g. Pisaura.

Its also worth mentioning in passing that there are Caterpillar webs usually on nettle for the Samml Tortoise but it does not appear to be this
