Oyster thief, Colpomenia peregrina tbc
Description:

Small bulbous seaweed, buttons 2-3cms across growing on Dorset rockpools. The only two possibilities are the punctured ball weed Leathesia difformis and the oyster thief, Colpomenia peregrine. As some of these buttons look torn and hollow, I think that makes them Colpomenia rather than the more solid, gelatinous Leathesia. I think most of the feathery seaweed around it is rather bleached Ceramium
