Description:

Does anyone know whether this is a Five-spot or Six-spot Burnet moth. I've added the six-spot id as I was under the impression that we didn't have the five spot in our area (North Manchester)? If this is the six spot can anyone help identify where the sixth spot is?

Spots

The basal spot closest to the thorax is divided by a narrow line and forms two spots.
