Description:

~1m tall, hairy, sharp angled stems (reddish in places). Purple flowers, ragged, nettle-like leaves. Although tall and large-flowered, in view of leaves and stems i think this is nettle-leaved rather than Giant Bellflower. Growing pathside in woods on calcareous soil.
