I would suggest that the black dashes at the corner of each wing and the presence of only one dark streak near the wing tip make this a strong contender for Ruddy Highflyer. Indeed the moth looks very much like the first example illustrated in Townsend and Waring
I am sure you are right having looked again at the UKmoths website.
I am pleased I at least got it to a Highflyer!
