Valenzuela flavidus

I can not understand why iSpot is not accepting Valenzuela flavidus as the correct identification for the depiction of this obeservation..?

Psocidae is a family classification in the order Psocoptera. (I knew that), seriously, it was seeing it used by an authority as the order, that got me confused.
